Benefits

100% SILICONE. A single component elastomeric coating ideal for renewing your weathered and leaking roof.

HIGH SOLIDS. GacoFlex solvent-free silicone coatings are made almost entirely of solids. 95% of what is in the can stays on the roof!

WORKABILITY. GacoFlex S20 Series can be applied to virtually any existing roof to create a seamless membrane in one coat on smooth surfaces. The coating can also be rained on within 2 hours.

FM APPROVED. S20 does not change the FM rating for fire, wind and hail. GacoFlex S20 Series is the only roofing coating in the industry with this certification.

DECADES OF PROVEN PERFORMANCE. All GacoFlex Silicone Roof Coatings carry a 50 Year Limited Material Warranty. In addition, a Labor & Material Warranty is available to Gaco Western Qualified Applicators when GacoFlex S20 Series coating is applied over E5320 2-Part Epoxy Primer/Filler and according to Gaco Western specifications.

ADHERES TO A VARIETY OF SUBSTRATES. GacoFlex S20 Series are ideal for use as a maintenance coating system over pre-existing elastomeric roof coatings, metal roofs, built-up roofing, mineral cap sheet and weathered single ply membranes (EPDM, Hypalon and TPO/CPA), sprayed polyurethane foam roofing systems and many other coatings.

RAINWATER CATCHMENT SYSTEM APPROVED. Certified to NSF P151.

WITHSTANDS PERMANENT PONDING WATER. This innovative coating is an excellent choice for flat roofs. Extremely durable, S20 will not soften, bubble or degrade under permanent ponding water.

PREVENTS COSTLY TEAR OFFS. By recoating your weathered roof with S20 silicone coatings, you not only extend the life of your roof, you avoid the need for a time-consuming and costly tear off.

    2-Part Epoxy Primer/ Filler

    GacoFlex E5320 is a two-component, water-based epoxy primer that is ideal for use on most roofing surfaces including metal roofs and flashings. This easy-to-apply primer bonds to properly prepared roofing surfaces and improves adhesion of GacoFlex silicone coatings and other top coats, especially on weathered surfaces that are difficult to get completely clean.

    On asphalt-based surfaces it may help prevent bleed-through, and when top coated will help prevent corrosion. When mixed with ordinary sand, it’s a masonry block filler.

    GacoPatch

    GacoPatch is a flashing grade, standalone silicone roof patch designed to provide a long lasting solution for a leaking roof. The convenient wide top pail makes GacoPatch application easy to do with a trowel or a brush. GacoPatch is a one step application which eliminates the cost of additional products such as primers, seam tapes or top coats.

    New and improved technology allows for GacoPatch to be the long term solution for roof repairs. It does not contain asphalts or acrylics and it is extremely durable. GacoPatch remains permanently flexible even under permanent ponding water. It is UV stable and will not chalk, crack or peel. No reinforcements or extra steps are required for horizontal patches, even over 1/2″ thick, because GacoPatch resists degradation over time and will not become brittle or break down.

    GacoFlex SF2000 SeamSeal

    GacoFlex SeamSeal, a silicone-based, solvent-free sealant combined with a reinforcing agent, adheres to seams, fasteners and other roof details in a single application. GacoFlex SeamSeal transforms a roof with seams, gaps, and overlaps into a seamless foundation ready for coating with GacoFlex Solvent-Free 100% Silicone Coating.
    GacoFlex SF2000 SeamSeal is a silicone-based, solvent-free, single-component waterproof elastomeric moisture-curing sealant combined with a reinforcing agent.

    SeamSeal is intended for application over cleaned and primed roofs as a joint and fastener treatment in place of fabric and/or elastomeric sheet tape. It may also be used to repair blisters in spray polyurethane foam up to 4” in diameter, as a tape-seal over cracked polyurethane foam insulation, and as filler for applications over existing “alligatored” smooth BUR. SeamSeal is UV stable and may be used to repair most clean and dry roofing surfaces. It can also serve as a substitute for caulk on a variety of substrates.

    • 100% silicone solvent-free sealant
    • 1 coat on smooth surfaces. 2 coats on granulated and rough surfaces.
    • Limitations: Not intended to be used to repair blisters in polyurethane foam larger than 4” in diameter.
    • Mixing: Mix before application to ensure uniform color and consistency.
    • Thinning: Product should not be thinned.
    • Primer: Existing silicone coatings should not be primed. On all other substrates, apply GacoFlex E5320 2-Part Epoxy Primer/Filler according to label directions.
    • Dry Time: Allow to dry a minimum of 4 hours at 55°F (13°C) or higher before coating with GacoFlex Solvent-Free Silicone Coating (product is moisture cure, low humidity will result in longer dry times); coat within 4 to 48 hours.
    • Clean Up: Clean application tools and equipment with 100% Pure Mineral Spirits Recirculate through lines and gun until residual coating is removed. DO NOT USE WATER OR RECLAIMED SOLVENTS.
